• => Is the Universal Healing Tao^® System for everybody?

  Yes, the Universal Healing Tao^® System can be practiced by everybody. In general if you are dealing with a serious medical condition, we advise always to counsel a healthcare professional before practicing physical exercises.

• => What can the Universal Healing Tao^® System do for me?

  The effects of practicing the Universal Healing Tao^® System are highly individual and differ from person to person. Reported benefits include among many a increased energy level, better sleep, an improved mind-body connection, better concentration as well as a reduced stress and anxiety level. The result is often experienced as a deepened awareness for your life, inner peace and harmony. Thus an improvement in the quality of life.

• => Can the Universal Healing Tao^® System help with medical conditions?

  The Universal Healing Tao^® promotes various techniques and practices to support your personal efforts to increase your health condition and well-being in general. Furthermore it can help you to prevent diseases. However, positive results are seen with a wide variety of conditions and the Universal Healing Tao^® can accompany your medical care. Be aware that results vary greatly from person to person and you ultimately have to start practice in order to identify your personal benefits.

• => What to start with learning the Universal Healing Tao^® System?

  Start with some basic practices such as Inner-Smile, 6 Healing Sounds and Warm Up Qigong. You can find short instructional clips on Youtube, i.e. instructional Videos from UHT Senior Instructor Walther Kellenberger.

• => How much effort (time and training) do I need to invest in Universal Healing Tao^® practice?

  That depends on individual speed and prerequisites. The Universal Healing Tao^® does not finish after the courses. The practices should be implemented in your life daily to reap the full benefits. 

• => How can I find a UHT Instructor near by where I live?

• => How long will it take to see benefits from my UHT practice?

  That differs a lot from person to person and where you start.

• => What exercises can I do to experience better results?

  Basically you can start with simple exercises and do them again and again until you really can feel the results.Qigong or Chi Kung for beginners can always be recommended.

• => I do not feel the energy („Chi“). What can I do?

  For some person it seems to come “naturally,” for others it’s more of a challenge. The capacity to perceive the flow of Chi directly—to actually see or feel it—is something that can only be cultivated through training and practice. Start with some basic practices such as Inner-Smile, 6 Healing Sounds and Warm Up Qigong (Chi Kung) and continue until you experience a reaction like heat, tingling or other sensations in your body. As you become more adept, you will become directly aware of the vibratory nature of Chi. You will experience your body as being comprised of patterns and flows of Chi, but also come to understand that “emotions” and “thoughts” are also forms of energy.

• => I can’t do the physical more demanding exercises. What should I do?

  Always be aware of your physical limits. If you think or feel, that individual practices are not feasible for you, concentrate more on the inner work by implementing your mind power.

• => Is there a recommended training practice?

  Choose individual exercises out of the basic classes and incorporate them into your daily schedule

• => What books can you recommend to learn more about the Universal Healing Tao^® System?

  There is a variety of books on most parts of the Universal Healing Tao^® System written by Master Mantak Chia and other UHT Senior Instructors available in your bookstore. The mantak-chia-media will publish the complete knowledge of Grandmaster Mantak Chia one after the other with the book series named "Mantak Chia Kanon". FAQs about the Online Video Courses

• => How can I buy an online video course?

  All available video courses can be found with a course description in our Online Video Courses section. The courses are offered for payment via the video platform Vimeo. If you would like to purchase a course from Vimeo, you can make a purchase via the link to the video content on Vimeo available in the respective course description. Please note that the purchase and the settlement is made in each case via Vimeo.

• => Will I receive credit for the course hours of an online course as part of my UHT training/certification?

  mantak-chi-media Verlags GmbH can issue a statement of the courses/ workshops you have purchased. This statement can be used for your certification process. In order to get certified there is always an evaluation either by Grandmaster Chia or a dedicated certified Instructor required and the Video Courses account as workshop hours within the educational process.  Please note that the same process would apply if you would bought a Video Course through mantakchia.com or anywhere else.  Please contact us, if you wish to receive a written statement.

• => Which course should I start with first as a beginner?

  We recommend to start with „Inner Alchemy Qigong” courses. You can always contact a local UHT Instructor and find the best individual solution for you: Find a local UHT Instructor nearby here

• => Can I prepare myself before joining an online course to get better results?

  Make sure that you prepare your environment most comfortable: no disturbance, some water, fresh air and leasure clothing. We also recommend to make yourself familiar with some basic techniques and practices, such as the Inner-Smile, 6 Healing Sounds and Warm Up Qigong (Chi Kung) in advance.

• => How many times should I watch an Online Course?

  You can repeat the Online Course as often as possible in order to integrate the knowledge and exercises best. As Mantak Chia continues to teach: „Practice is the key"! Please keep in mind, that renting an Online Course will entitle you to watch the course as often as you like (within the period of three month) unless you buy the course.

• => What is the appropriate length of practice with an online course and also fitting into a busy schedule?

  Everybody needs to find an easy way to integrate longer or shorter sequences into daily life and find the best time in a day.

• => Is there a workbook for each course?

  There are workbooks for almost all courses available. They can be accessed with each purchased  online course. Subsequently we will publish available workbooks (booklets) in our shop.

• => How can I buy an eBook from mantak-chia-media?

  In our online store at https://www.mantak-chia-media.com/shop/ you will find all available titles (eBooks and print editions). If you would like to purchase a title as an eBook, simply add it to your shopping cart via the order button and then follow the ordering process. After a successful order, you will receive an email with a download link where you can download the purchased eBook. The download link is active for 10 days. If you have any problems with the download, please contact us.

• => Reading eBooks in the ePub Format. Which Software do I need?

  ePub is a file format developed for eBook readers. The advantage is that the display of the content adapts to the device used. The ePub format is therefore particularly suitable for small devices such as smartphones or e-readers. The ePub format also offers the possibility (depending on the end device) to adapt the font and font size to individual needs.

  Of course, you can also read a book in ePub format on a device with a large screen, such as a computer or laptop. For this you need special free software, such as Adobe Digital Edition or Calibre.

• => Do I need to be online to read eBooks

  No. After downloading, you can access the eBook offline. 

• => Am I allowed to lend or sell my eBook?

  No. The usage rights are non-transferable and allow you only personal use. 

• => Can I save and read my eBook on multiple devices at the same time?

  Yes, you may transfer the purchased eBook to all your own devices and use it there. However, please note that you are not allowed to share the eBook with third parties.

• => What is the difference between an eBook and an eBooklet?

  eBooks are comprehensive titles that we usually offer in ePub format. ebooklet are exercise booklets that can be used as course supplementary materials that guide you step by step through the practical exercises with vivid images. eBooklets are usually offered for purchase in PDF format.

• => I accidentally deleted my eBook. Can I download it again?

  You can request a replacement download link from us for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Please contact our customer service.
   

• => What are the shipping costs for book orders (print editions)?

  A delivery of physical products takes place exclusively by shipping via DHL or Deutsche Post. A self-collection of the goods is not possible. 

  The exact delivery costs for your destination country (unless expressly listed below) will be displayed during the ordering process (before completing a binding purchase).

  Shipping costs within Germany are free of charge (shipping by DHL or Deutsche Post). 

  - The expected shipping time is 1 to 3 business days.

  The shipping costs to other countries outside the Federal Republic of Germany are generally not included in the purchase price and are as follows.

  Regular shipping costs to Austria, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein:

  - The estimated shipping time is 3 to 9 business days.

  - The shipping costs are, regardless of the order value, 3.50 euros.

  Regular shipping costs to Switzerland:

  - The estimated shipping time is 3 to 9 business days.

  - The shipping costs are, regardless of the order value, 6.00 euros.

  Deliveries to selected other EU countries:
