In this workshop, we explore the spiritual aspects of Chinese Medicine. The video introduces the third part of *Cosmic Healing Qigong* by Grandmaster Mantak Chia, with detailed explanations of the background, principles, and deeper connections of this shamanic method within the UNIVERSAL HEALING TAO® System.
The first part, *The Dance of Hun and Po*, presents the dynamic steps of our inner spiritual development. In a clear and accessible way, it introduces daily exercises, practices, and methods that can help us consciously follow this path of development.
Inner fields of conflict are brought into awareness with the goal of learning how to influence them more consciously. On the physical-emotional level, the focus is on the body souls *Hun and Po*. On the emotional-intellectual level, the workshop explores the tension between the *Three Pure Ones* and the so-called *Three Worms*. On the spiritual-karmic level, it addresses the subtle relationship between *Gui and Shen*.
Many of the countless decisions we make every day arise intuitively, spontaneously, and without a conscious plan. We are guided by emotions, experiences, and our individual qualities. By gaining a deeper understanding of these inner connections, new possibilities emerge for conscious influence, course correction, and the realignment of our values.
The greater goal of all Universal Healing Tao® practices is to expand our awareness of these connections — and, through that awareness, to make different and ideally better choices in life.
