A sincere smile can transform disharmonious chi into positive energy, which has the power to relax, balance, and heal.

The practice of the Inner Smile establishes a connection between the organs, colors, and energies of positive virtues, and eventually strengthens the relationship with the healing energy of nature and the universe. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the 5 yin organs heart, lungs, kidneys, liver and spleen are a life-sustaining whole to which the Inner Smile refers.

It was Grandmaster Mantak Chia who was instrumental in making the Inner Smile known in the West.

This training video is an excerpt from a 2021 workshop at the Universal Healing Tao® Center in Thailand.  You can find the entire course as a recording here.
